Spring 2025 Adult Pickup Soccer – Mahwah & Rutherford, NJ

Get ready for adult pickup games happening this Spring 2025 in Rutherford and Mahwah, NJ!  This is a great opportunity to stay active, enjoy the game, and burn some calories in a fun and competitive environment with 5 v 5 or 6 v 6 games. Whether you're looking to get extra playing time, sharpen your skills, or just have fun with other soccer enthusiasts, our pickup games are open to all skill levels (Varsity HS, College and USL players welcome).

• Teams consist of 5 to 7 players

• 10 mins warm up: Quick footwork, passing drills and rondo.

• No goalkeepers allowed (We play on mini goals, a player may defend the goal, but can not use their hands)

• ​Games are 12-15 minutes in length unless a goal is scored and depending if there are only 2 teams, 30 minute halves will be played.
